By default, an Inquiry link will expire 24 hours after the link is created.
Organizations on paid plans can customize the expiration period. If you would like to upgrade to a paid plan, reach out to us at sales@withpersona.com.
To change the default expiration period, edit the "Expiration intervals" settings on the relevant Inquiry Template. For security reasons, we typically recommend setting the expiration to be no longer than 15 days.
