Slack notifications using webhooks and Zapier

Using webhooks + Zapier to create a Slack integration 

In the Persona dashboard, you can use a webhook to have a notification sent to your Slack about events that are triggered during your user's inquiry flow. Follow these steps:

1. Create or sign in to your account in Zapier.
2. Create a new Zap.
3. Configure the first step to respond to the webhook.
4. Create a new webhook  in your Persona Dashboard using the webhook URL from Zapier.

5. Add a second step to your Zap for Slack. Connect your Slack account when prompted.

6. Customize the Channel Message. In order to get variables to properly display, you may need to test the webhook once by completing an Inquiry in Persona. One way to do this is to create an Inquiry from the Persona Dashboard to trigger an event.

7. Click Test & Review in Zapier and turn on the Zap (top-right corner). You should now be notified in the selected Slack channel whenever an Inquiry is completed!
