What is a Reports Template?
Each Report utilized within Persona will be associated with a Reports template. The Reports template defines the configurations on the report itself, for example, what lists the report is running against, what match requirements it has, what cadence the report runs on and more.
Overview
Under the Reports tab in Dashboard, you’ll find the Templates section. When you click in, you’ll see a list of all the reports templates in your organization.
When you click into a Reports template, you’ll open the Reports Template Editor. This is the visual, no-code interface where you’ll be able to view your current template settings and update certain configurations.
